HOTSCOPE is an ultra high performance data browser with a capability to handle over tera byte of GDS, OASIS and Mask data. In addition to quick open and quick viewing, couple of analysis functions is armed to increase efficiency of analysis work in Failure Analysis area.
In this show, we will introduce latest features of HOTSCOPE-V760 which includes Schematic Generation from Layout, Cross Probing between Layout and extracted Schematics and Net Tracing between DEF and GDS data.
