New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) today announced the world’s highest technology for analysis of statistical variation of SRAM characteristic developed by Jedat Inc., which is based on the technology transferred from NEDO. Jedat achieved a 600x improvement in performance of the analysis of statistical variation of SRAM characteristic without reducing the accuracy.
Jedat’s goal is to bring a product based on this technology to market within 1 to 2 years.
